Peabody

Sunday

Laurie Bersani, 48, of 184 North St., Salem, was arrested at 1 a.m. and charged with drunken driving, a marked lanes violation and making an improper turn, following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street.

Sebastiao Souza, 35, of 25 Aborn St., Apt. 1, Peabody, was arrested at 4:16 a.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and a marked lanes violation following a report of a possible intoxicated driver on Tracey Street.

Marissa Connors, 33, of 570 Mountain Ave., Revere, was arrested at 5:23 p.m. and charged with shoplifting at Sephora at the Northshore Mall.

Jodi L. Landry, 33, of 5 Basford Court, Peabody, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. and charged with shoplifting at Tedeschi Food Mart. She was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Lowell Street.

Ricardo Urbina, 36, of 268 Essex St., Lynn, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. and charged with driving with a revoked license and an equipment violation, following a motor vehicle stop on Lynn Street.

Danvers

Friday

Alicia Bartuzi, 51, of 147 Sylvan St., Danvers, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct at Village Green Apartments on Route 1.

Monday

Michael Desesa, 17, of 60 N. Putnam St., Danvers, was arrested at 12:46 p.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property and two counts of domestic assault and battery, following a domestic dispute at his residence.

Beverly

Friday

Marcos A. Lopez, 20, of 88 Broadway, Salem, was arrested at 11 p.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and a marked lanes violation, following a motor vehicle stop on Cabot Street.

Saturday

Elizabeth K. Burden, 31, of 41 Mill St., Beverly, was arrested at 1 a.m. and charged with drunken driving and a lights violation, following a motor vehicle stop on Rantoul Street.

David Figueroa, 17, of 101 Rantoul St., Beverly, was arrested at 4:42 a.m. and charged with assault and battery, following a report of a disturbance at his residence.

Swampscott

Thursday

Candace L. Lyons, 24, of 206 Humphrey St., Swampscott, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery.

Salem

Monday

Police responded to 28 Hancock St. at 2:23 a.m. to investigate a report of a break-in that occurred sometime since Dec. 27, when the residents left for vacation.

Police reported at 6:50 p.m. rims stolen from a 2007 Acura TL from 167 Ocean Ave.

Paul P. Raby, 33, of 107 Broadway, Salem, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. and charged with attempted murder, domestic assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, following a report of a domestic dispute at the residence. Police said Raby tried to strangle his wife and also banged her head against the floor.

Junior D. Pena, 25, of 56 Palmer St., Salem, was arrested at 2 p.m. and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, following a motor vehicle stop on Mason Street.

Stephen R. Florentino, 23, of 19 Cheever St., Revere, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. and charged with larceny of property (more than $250). Police allege Florentino stole a vacuum cleaner from Target on Highland Avenue and then fled from the store and hid in the back seat of his car before police found him.

Wenham

Sunday

Stephanie Ann Powers, 26, of 11 Littles Lane, Peabody, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. and charged with drunken driving, negligent driving, speeding and a marked lanes violation following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street. Patrolman Chad Labrie made the arrest.

Middleton

Dec. 30

John Visone, 28, of 54 Goodale St., Peabody, was arrested at 4 p.m. and charged with larceny from a building at a South Main Street address.
