Police nab woman wanted on 7 warrants

PEABODY — Police say they nabbed a woman wanted on seven warrants from five different communities yesterday at the Extended Stay America on Jubilee Drive.

Local police responded to the 200 Jubilee Drive hotel at about 5:30 p.m. to assist the Saugus police in apprehending Felicia Marie Lavacca, 25, of 343 Lincoln Ave., Saugus, on the warrants, according to the incident log.

Lavacca was wanted on warrants from courts in Lynn, Woburn, Malden, East Boston and Chelsea.

The charges of the warrants included two counts of larceny under $250, two counts of being a common utterer of counterfeit notes, two counts of larceny over $250 by false pretense, receiving stolen property over $250, larceny over $250, three counts of uttering a counterfeit note and possession of a class A drug.

Hotel staff asked a 22-year-old man to leave the hotel room during the incident, and he complied, police said.
