An elderly woman reported at 6:30 p.m. that she was threatened by a man because of where she parked her car on Wilson Terrace. The officer spoke with the woman and advised her that it is a parking problem caused by the snow and to speak with housing about the issue, according to the log. In another log entry from 7:08 p.m., the same woman said that when the man threatened her earlier, he mentioned guns and being a member of the Hells Angels. The officer said the man was “unbalanced and was spoken to.”

Police arrested William Kennedy, 53, 5 Walden Hill Drive, at his home at 12:05 a.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

A caller from Prospect Street left a voice mail with police at 8:58 a.m. complaining about a mobile deer with an injured leg that is living in a wooded area on his and his neighbor’s properties, and he wanted it removed. The officer advised that animal control doesn’t remove “nuisance wildlife” because it isn’t equipped, authorized or licensed to remove deer. By law, the log entry said, deer cannot be shot and killed unless the animal is being a threat to public safety. A member of Mass Wildlife said that he would consult a deer specialist and call the homeowner back to discuss the complaint, the log entry said.
