Thursday

Police arrested Jesus Liria, 26, 36 Graves Ave., Lynn, on charges of leaving the scene after property damage, operating a motor vehicle after license suspension and an out-of-town warrant at 2:18 a.m. on Traders Way.

At 9:48 a.m., police arrested Scott Hilton, 53, 39 Boylston St., Boston, on a charge of shoplifting, third offense. Police found Hilton in the bathroom of Hawthorne Hotel after receiving a call about a possible shoplifter from Bunghole Liquors on Derby Street. Hilton was also served a no-trespass order for Hawthorne Hotel.

Police arrested Theodore Giesbrandt, 34, 5 Gardner St., at 11:27 a.m. on three counts of aggravated assault and battery.

Marblehead

Wednesday

A caller from Ruby Avenue reported at 9:18 p.m. that he was attacked by his 16-year-old stepson. According to the log, he suffered injuries to his nose, mouth and face, but he refused medical attention.

Thursday

A car spun out on Ocean Avenue near the causeway and got stuck on a snowbank, according to a 5:08 a.m. log entry. A fence by Riverhead Beach was damaged.

Wednesday

A caller reported a black Labrador running into traffic on Stetson Avenue at 11:22 a.m.

Chickens were on the loose in the area of Longley Avenue, according to a 2:48 p.m. log entry.

Thursday

A caller from Buena Vista Street reported two loose dogs being aggressive outside her home at 3:16 a.m.

Thursday

At 11:46 a.m., a caller from Wal-Mart on Brooksby Village Drive reported a shoplifting incident.
