Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous is a free, 12-step recovery program for anyone suffering from food obsession, overeating, undereating or bulimia. Meetings are held on Tuesdays at 7 p.m., at The White Whale, 9 Hale St., Beverly, and Thursdays at 9 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, Adult Education Room, 124 River Road, Topsfield. A winter parking ban in Marblehead is in effect through April 15. Parking is prohibited on any street for a period of time longer than one hour between the hours of midnight and 7 a.m. No warning tickets will be given. For more information, call 781-631-0000.
