Police responded to a residence on Mason Street at 1:18 a.m. on a report of disorderly conduct at a house party. Kevin Green, 23, 30 Lynn Court, Darien, Conn., Ryan Hansen, 21, 22 Seaview Ave., West Haven, Conn., Patrick Lyons, 21, 69 Newtown Turnpike, Westport, Conn., and Anthony Gesualdi, 21, 6 Canonchet Trail, Johnston, R.I., were all arrested on charges of disturbing the peace and violating a city noise ordinance.

A resident of Bow Street reported at 8:33 a.m. that his or her tires were slashed overnight.

At 8:03 p.m., police arrested Jerry Calderon, 36, 19 West Dane St., on charges of possession of a class C drug, a motor vehicle lights violation, and a name/address change.

Jose Deleon, 27, 30 High St., Lynn, was arrested on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, at 11:33 p.m. in the area of Rantoul and Elliot streets.

Police reported to 36 Bartlett St. at 11:42 p.m. on a report of a house party and arrested six people. Chris Elser, 21, 196 Brownbrook Road, Southbury, Conn.; Gustavo Mesa, 20, 145 Barnum Terrace, Stratford, Conn., and Daniel Riley, 21, 24 Briar Wood St., Hanover, were all arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct. Olivia Gates, 22, 35 Collins St., Danvers, Alyssa Morrisoe, 21, 36 Bartlett St., and Caitlin Pryor, 22, 1 Interval Drive, Cumberland, R.I., were all arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace.


At 2:02 a.m., police arrested David Moller, 22, 11 Cook St., Billerica, on Cabot Street on a charge of disorderly conduct.

A caller on Congress Street reported at 11:57 a.m. that a jacket, car keys, money, a pocketbook, wallet, debit car, and ID were all taken from his or her apartment.

At 9:10 p.m., police arrested Gregory Luxton, 43, 38 Enon St., at his home on charges of threat to commit a crime and assault and battery.



A dog was walking around Proctor Street, according to an 8:35 p.m. log item.


A road-rage incident in the area of Traders Way and Highland Avenue was reported at 2:30 p.m. According to the log, a man said he crossed Traders Way to enter McDonald’s, crossing two lanes of cars. He said one of the cars in the area followed him into the parking lot and got out of his car, approached the driver’s vehicle and began yelling that he had cut him off. The reporting party said that the other man began banging on his window, then hit the passenger-side mirror, causing the glass to pop out. The man got back into his car and left the area, heading toward Lynn. The reporting party was able to put his mirror back into place.



At 6:22 p.m., police arrested Erick Quinonez, 38, 73 Brookline St., Lynn, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving without an inspection sticker, after they stopped him on Lynn Street.


Police arrested Luis Figueroa, 48, 16 Warren St., at his home on a charge of domestic assault and battery, after his girlfriend reported at 1:38 p.m. that he had assaulted her.

A caller in the area of Main and Howley streets reported at 3:27 p.m. that a man was dumping TVs at the cemetery. According to the log, the man had dragged several junk TVs into the area and was stripping them for scrap.

Ana Claudia Moreira, 25, 46 Bennett St., Gloucester, was arrested at 3:43 p.m. at Sears on Andover Street on a charge of shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise, the log said.

At 8:08 p.m., a caller on Tara Road reported seeing a fisher attacking a cat.


A walk-in report of a man carrying a brown bag looking into cars on Crownshield Street was documented at 10:41 a.m., the log said. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the man.

A woman who lives on Dearborn Street reported at 1:17 p.m. that her gray and yellow cockatoo had gotten out of her house.

An employee from the Gap on Andover Street reported at 2:26 p.m. that 85 boys polo shirts valued at $1,441 were stolen from the store.

A caller on Johnson Street reported seeing a fisher in the area at 4:19 p.m.



Police arrested Brian Dominguez, 28, on charges of drunken driving and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 10:40 p.m. on Clifton Avenue, after a caller reported hearing a loud crash. A second caller, the log said, stated the car was speeding and hit a snowbank. She said she then saw two men outside the car trying to move it.



Police arrested Jane Rimson, 26, 100 Maple St., Dorchester, on charges of uttering a false traveler’s check, failing to stop for police, forging/misusing an RMV document, false impersonation and identity fraud, and 19 counts of possession of counterfeit traveler’s checks. Rimson was arrested in the area of Bed Bath and Beyond on Endicott Street at 12:43 p.m.

Police arrested Mark Cottrell, 25, 1 Azalea Lane, Peabody, on charges of shoplifting over $100 by asportation and illegal possession of a knife, at 1:32 p.m. near Wal-Mart on Brooksby Village Drive.
