A man reported to police at 10:18 p.m. that someone had broken into a car parked on Bourbon Street by smashing the rear driver’s-side window and stolen a laptop, hair-styling tools and $400 in cash.
A person reported a motorcycle stolen from Esquire Circle at 11:27 a.m.
A caller reported to police that his neighbor left a dead cat at his door on Mill Street and threatened him at 11:54 a.m. A 53-year-old woman will be summonsed to court for criminal harassment, threats and malicious damage, according to the log.
Ahmed Khafi, 37, of Lynn was arrested on two counts of shoplifting over $100 by concealing and receiving stolen property under $250 from Sears at Northshore Mall at 1:34 p.m. A five-year trespass notice was issued to Khafi by the mall.
A car was reported “off the road into the woods” at the intersection of Forest Street and Farm Avenue at 2:02 p.m. The operator appeared “to be OK,” according to the log. The car was towed out of the woods.
John Frasca, 46, of Lynnfield was arrested on six counts of shoplifting at Hannaford’s, 637 Lowell St., at 2:05 p.m.
A man reported to police at 4:22 p.m. that his 8-year-old was shot by a “BB gun” earlier in the day. Police were able to locate all the juveniles involved and confiscated an Airsoft gun for destruction, according to the log.
Brad R. Jackson, 33, of 286 Newbury St., Apt. 149, Peabody, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and domestic assault and battery after police were called to the address at 5:49 p.m.
Police responded to Centennial Drive at 4:07 a.m. for a “pole down due to plow hitting it.”
