Beverly High hosting first Community Night

BEVERLY — Beverly High School will hold its first Community Night tomorrow from 6 to 8.

The event is for parents and guardians of students in grades eight through 12 and will provide information on a variety of topics.

Presentations include Macbook Basics, Moodle for Parents, Exploring the College Process and the Naviance Program, Bullying/Harassment, Substance Abuse Issues, Standards-Based Grading, Freshman Academy, Parenting Your Anxious/Depressed Teen, and Athletic Rules & Regulations.

The presentations will take place in three 35-minute sessions between 6 and 8 p.m. Parents and guardians can choose the topics that interest them for up to three sessions.

A PTSO meeting will be held in the library at 8 p.m. for any parents or guardians who would like to attend.
