Tuesday

A driver on Morningside Drive complained at 7:48 a.m. that someone let the air of the car's tires.

A purse was missing after a 9:36 a.m. report of a vehicle being broken into on Lakeview Avenue.

Huntley Fields, 30, of 3420 Kirkbride Drive, Danvers, was arrested on Kirkbride Drive at 3:10 p.m. by Officer Robert Sullivan and charged with driving without a license, using a vehicle without authorization, driving to endanger, marked lane violations and improper passing.

Beverly

Wednesday

A woman on Mill Street reported her computer stolen at 3:12 p.m.

An 18-year-old man told police at 3:30 p.m. he was propositioned by a man in a pick-up truck while walking on Cabot Street. The man asked if he wanted to "hook up," according to the log. The teen said no and the truck left.

Police received a report at 3:36 p.m. that "kids with paint ball guns and orange vests are going into the woods," according to the log.

A resident on Dane Street reported the theft of a diamond earring at 3:58 p.m.

Pit bulls unleashed was the cry from Ober Street at 4:56 p.m.

An ambulance was summoned for someone who took a bottle of Ibuprofen at 5:09 p.m.

An ambulance was summoned for someone "talking of suicide and drinking heavy," according to a 5:38 p.m. log entry.

A woman on Beaver Pond Road told police at 6:04 p.m. that on Monday an unknown man about 22 to 25 years of age walked into her house and announced he'd been in a motorcycle accident. She cleaned a wound on his arm. He used the phone and left. She saw no motorcycle, however, and she noted that the man had been drinking.

Police investigated a report of an EMT assaulted by a patient on Herrick Street at 6:33 p.m.

A report of vandalism led police to seek a warrant at 7:12 p.m. for a domestic assault.

An ambulance was called at 8:57 p.m. for a person having suicidal thoughts.

Police responded to a report of "kids smoking drugs" at 9:16 p.m. on Lindsey Avenue.

Jeff H. Prince, 52, of 12 Gardner St., Beverly, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. at home by patrolmen Harold Geary and Donald Call on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness. Police responded to a call involving "father and son."

Thursday

Police and an ambulance responded to a report of an assault on Rantoul Street at 1:01 a.m.

A woman locked her baby and apparently her keys in a vehicle on Essex Street. Help was summoned at 9:36 a.m. to unlock the vehicle.

A pocketbook was reported stolen from a building on Cabot Street at 2:08 p.m.

A man tripped through a window and was bleeding at Cedar Street at 2:19 p.m.

Police responded to an attempted larceny at the Family Dollar store, 224 Cabot St., at 2:27 p.m. The suspect allegedly attempted to steal a soda. The store manager intervened and held the suspect until police arrived. No charges were filed.

An undisclosed amount of cash was reported stolen from 6 Fossa Terrace at 3:26 p.m., according to a police report.

A car was reported vandalized while parked at 21 Hilltop Drive.

A resident at 21 Judson St. called police to report a past burglary at the house.

Police were called at 8:09 p.m. to break up a fight at 17 Haskell St. The fighters were gone when police arrived.

Police were called to One Stop Market, 311 Cabot St., at 9:25 p.m. for a possible shoplifting. Police served summons to a female juvenile to appear in court. The girl allegedly stole two drinks from the store.

A vehicle hit a pedestrian at the corner of Cabot and Thorndike streets at 10:26 p.m.

A 33-year-old man was given a ticket for allegedly breaking a city ordinance against open containers of alcohol.

Friday

Police received a call at 4:34 a.m. regarding a suspicious man hiding in the bushes at 203 Manor Road. Police told the man to be on his way.

Police received a report at 9:27 a.m. that a paperboy was going into houses on Winthrop Avenue.

A man was found sleeping behind the white whale building at 9 Hale St. at 12:26 p.m. The man was told to leave.

Peabody

Thursday

Police responded to a report at 12:33 a.m. of an assault inside the office of Tri City Taxi, 55 Walnut St. The caller said an unknown man, heavy-set and wearing a T-shirt, came into the office and assaulted him. Police searched the area and did not find anyone.

Scott Healy, 34, of 17 Harris St., Peabody, was arrested at 2:47 a.m. outside 20 Harris St. and charged with operating a vehicle without the owner's permission. Healy was also wanted on a pair of outstanding drug and assault warrants from Lynn District Court. The woman Healy was with, Kimberly Gregware, 37, of 20 Harris St., Peabody, was also arrested on outstanding warrants for motor vehicle violations and failure to attend jury duty.

A raccoon in the dumpster prompted workers at Haven From Hunger, 71 Wallis St., to call animal control at 8:37 a.m. The officer coaxed the raccoon out of the dumpster.

Police received a report at 11:31 a.m. of homeless individuals on the railroad tracks at Church and Franklin streets. They were gone when police arrived.

An animal control officer responded to a call of an injured possum behind Brown Elementary School, 150 Lynn St. The animal was transported to the Danvers Animal Hospital.

A car caught on fire at noon on 72 Lynnfield St. The fire was extinguished and the car was towed.

A 44-year-old Everett man was summonsed for driving after his license was revoked. Police stopped the driver at 153 Newbury St. at 12:51 p.m.

A routine vehicle stop at P.F. Chang's China Bistro at 1:13 p.m. netted two suspects. Allie Cromwell, 36, of 14 Shute St., Everett, was arrested and charged with three counts of larceny over $250, receiving stolen property more than $250, driving with a suspended license and giving a false name to police. Daniele Rinaldi, 31, of 54 Cherry St., Medford, was arrested and charged with one count of larceny greater than $250 and receiving stolen property greater than $250.

A man came to the police station at 1:46 p.m. to report that his credit card was stolen and used fraudulently.

A Truro lawn mower, valued at $300, was plucked from the side of 8 Antrim Road at 2:49 p.m. The lawn mower was loaded into a dark-colored pick-up truck with a sign reading "free metal pickup," according to a police report.

A woman came to the police station at 3:16 p.m. to report that her debit card was used without her permission.

A resident of 270 Lowell St. told police that a black jewelry box was stolen from her house.

Patricia Mangini, 19, of 18 Tanners Court, Peabody, was arrested and charged with shoplifting greater than $100. Chantal Scimemi, 19, of 33 Buxton Lane, Peabody, was also arrested and charged with shoplifting greater than $100. The pair were both caught allegedly shoplifting items from Abercrombie & Fitch at the Northshore Mall.

Police responded at 5:07 p.m. to a report of shoplifting from Walgreens, 229 Andover St. The store manager said tote bags and metal cages were stolen from the store overnight.

Police responded to a call at 7:47 p.m. of homeless individuals bathing in the river behind a church at 20 Howley St. Police told the individuals to leave.

A man was summonsed for driving on Winona Street without a license.

Friday

Police found graffiti at the skate park at 27 Perkins St.

Two residents of Crestwood Lane called police in the morning to report vehicle break-ins. A woman said a GPS unit valued at $200 was stolen from her car. Two other residents reported a stolen iPod, GPS and $10 in change.

A man called police at 10:55 a.m. to report that the windshield of his vehicle was smashed overnight while it was parked at the Lowe's at 427 Lowell St.

Salem

Thursday

A bicyclist was hit by a truck while riding near the Salem Harbor Station power plant at 7:01 a.m. He was taken to Mass General Hospital with what were described as serious injuries. State police are investigating.

Police responded to a call about threats made on Facebook. The threats were deemed to be "simple" and the identity of the person making the threats could not be identified.

Patricia Barnes, 44, of 92 Federal St., Salem, was charged with assault and battery.

Mary Gaul, 43, of 280 Euclid Avenue, Lynn, was charged with shoplifting.

Garrett Shea, 29, of 111 Main St., Peabody, was charged with driving after license suspension.

A resident called police at 4:27 p.m. to report that someone had used her debit called without permission.

A 2005 Honda sedan, parked at 37 Barr St., was vandalized sometime overnight. The driver's side window was shattered, according to police.

A vehicle parked at 12 Pope St. was heavily vandalized sometime between Wednesday night and 5:45 p.m. Thursday. The driver's window was broken, the driver's seat slashed, the front grill was kicked in, and the entire vehicle on both sides was scratched with a key.

Police responded to a report of shoplifting at Red Lion Smoke Shop, 94 Washington St., and arrested Richard Hagenow, 37, of 75 Cabot St., Beverly. Hagenow is charged with stealing a small bag of tobacco.

Jason McKenney, 27, listed as homeless, was arrested on a warrant and additionally charged with possession of a knife longer than 2 1/2 inches, in violation of a city ordinance.

A hypodermic needle was found at 29 New Derby St. at 8:27 p.m. Police removed it.

Friday

A man reported that his Nissan truck was stolen from 39 Bridge St. sometime since Wednesday evening.

The tires of a 2007 Chevy Impala were slashed overnight while parked at 46 Endicott St.
