Anthony I. Lucci, 31, of Methuen, was arrested on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery by dangerous weapon (shod foot) at 14 Heritage Drive, according to a 10:06 a.m. report.

A possible rabid skunk was reported at 49 Endicott St. at 1:23 p.m.

David G. Stankiewicz, 32, 6 Bartholomew Terrace, Peabody, was arrested at Home Depot, 50 Traders Way, at 3:29 p.m.

A report of “parties attempting to remove metal” at 242 Bridge St. was reported at 4:47 p.m.

A caller reported to police that gas was siphoned from a motor vehicle at 5 Pond St., according to a 7:51 p.m. report.

Jerry R. Garcia Jr., 23, 4 Broad St., Peabody, was arrested on charges of failing to stop for police, passing where prohibited, two counts of running a red light or stop sign, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, failing to signal before stop and operating without being licensed, according to an 8:10 p.m. report.

John J. LaPointe, 54, homeless, and Michael L. Worthley, 52, homeless, were arrested on charges of violating a city ordinance of drinking in public near 29 New Derby St., according to a 9:58 p.m. report.

Adam C. Mekedem, 27, 63 Central St. Peabody, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. at 124 Washington St. on charges of disorderly conduct and violating the city’s knife ordinance.

Michael B. Buckley, 23, 20 Palmer St., Salem, was arrested at 48 Lafayette St. on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and violating the city’s knife ordinance, according to a 12:48 a.m. report.

Marcel Rivera, 25, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, registration revoked, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, unregistered motor vehicle, license not in possession, according to a 2:45 p.m. report.

Friday

Brian Sabogal, 29, 29 Nancy Ave., Peabody, was arrested at his home on two counts of domestic assault and battery and intimidating a witness. According to the log report, a man reported at 4:19 p.m. that “his son attacked and choked him.”

Saturday

Roni Aliu, 21, 12 Lynnfield St., Peabody, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving in the vicinity of 69 Margin St. at 1:16 a.m. A caller reported a car into a wall, according to the police log.

Rebecca R. Coletti, 26, of Lynn, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting over $100 by asportation at Sears at 210 Andover St., according to a 6:59 p.m. report.

Jose F. Araujo, 48, 14 Harris St., Apt. 1, Peabody, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and domestic assault and battery at his home at 7:22 p.m.

Sunday

Security at the Northshore Mall reported that someone had broken into a display and stole approximately 50 pairs of Armani and Coach sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut kiosk at 12:16 a.m.

A juvenile will be summonsed to court for receiving stolen property after police were called to the vicinity of 68 Pierpont and 92 Aborn streets at 2:56 a.m. over a dispute over two stolen bicycles.

Danvers

Lisa Stevens, 54, 96 Newbury St., Danvers was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery at her home at 8:11 p.m.

Christopher Harris, 27, 88 Brimbal Ave., Beverly, was arrested for drunken driving and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a reported car crash on Maple Street, according to a 9:42 p.m. report.

Nancie Tomaselli, 63, 64 Park St., was arrested on charges of drunken driving and failure to use care in turning/stopping/starting, according to a 10:02 p.m. report.

Romare Jenkins, 17, 37 Winter Island Road, Salem, was arrested 6:26 p.m. on a charge of larceny over $250 at Best Buy, 230 Independence Way.

Sunday

Melissa McDermott, 26, 83R Hobart St., Danvers, was arrested on charges of drunken driving, marked lanes violation and failure to give signal during a traffic stop, according to a 2:15 a.m. report.

Joshua Gauthier, 32, 14 Collins St., Peabody, was arrested at 1:24 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting by asportation from Walmart, 55 Brooksby Village Drive.
