A Rainbow Terrace woman reported at 6:36 p.m. that a man who lived in her complex “is always passing by her when she is on her way in or way out of her apartment.” She said the man never said anything other than “Hi” but that she felt it was “odd” that he “is always there when she passes by.”

An 11 p.m. complaint about loud music brought police to 12 Palmer St., where they determined a resident was playing music on his cellphone. An officer noted that the music “was not very loud” but advised him all the same about the complaint. “He stated he would turn off the music,” police wrote.

Friday

Police were unable to locate a black car that was reported to have been idling for ten minutes at 44 Pingree St. at 8:02 a.m.

A North Street woman reported at 10:08 a.m. that she had seen a woman scratch her vehicle with a candle holder. Subsequently arrested in Peabody was Lindsey Lee Brown, 28, of 48 Abington Ave., Peabody, on a charge of malicious destruction of property over $250.

Police were unable to locate a plowing contractor who was reported to be pushing snow onto sidewalks near 12 Prince St. at 12:18 p.m.

A man reported at 2:56 p.m. that his girlfriend had tried to hit him while he was in a truck at North and School streets. Police were planning to seek a warrant for the woman with charges of malicious destruction of property over $250, operating negligently so as to endanger and assault by means of a dangerous weapon.

A 9 p.m. report that one roommate had attacked another at a Cabot Street address resulted in the arrest of Rebecca Marion Anderson, 29, of 50 Apple Road, Beverly, on charges of destruction of property and assault and battery on a person older than 60 or disabled.
