Police find missing Topsfield teen

TOPSFIELD — Police found Topsfield teen Marlena Voss in the Boston area yesterday afternoon. Her family had reported her missing since Monday.

Voss, 15, was found around 4 p.m. unharmed and has been returned to her family, said Topsfield police Chief Evan Haglund.

“We’re very happy that she’s back with her family now,” Haglund said.

“We’re thankful for the agencies involved that assisted us, and we’re glad that everything worked out.”

Haglund, who would not divulge details of Voss’ whereabouts, added that her medical status is being assessed by the family.
