Police responded to a call at 6:55 p.m. from 304 Cabot St. for a “fight in the parking lot” and subsequently arrested James White, 73, of 490 Rantoul St. on charges of assault and battery.
Police arrested Krystal Davis, 31, of 19 Bennett St., in the Cummings Center area at 8:02 p.m. on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, registration suspended, license not in possession and registration not in possession.
Police responded to an 11:34 p.m. disturbance call at 5 Folly Pond Road where there was a house party with a loud stereo playing.
Police responded to a call at 4:26 a.m. in the area of Hale Thissell streets where an injured deer was lying on the side of the road.
Police arrested Jared Weymouth, 27, of 65 Palmer St. at 5:52 p.m. in the area of Congress and Peabody streets on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a U-turn violation and defective equipment.
Police responded to a 7:54 p.m. report from the area of Lafayette and New Derby streets saying kids were throwing water balloons at passing cars.
A caller from Domino’s Pizza at 4 Canal St. reported to police that he saw someone outside dressed in black and wearing a mask. According to the log, it was a Domino’s employee waiting for a ride.
Police arrested Michael McCausland, 35, of 56 Margin St., and Stephanie Candido, 22, on charges of trespassing on a property for which they were issued no-trespass orders.
Police responded to a shoplifting incident at Walgreens at 29 New Derby St., and subsequently arrested Bjorn Nichols, 20, of 22 Proctor St. on charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise. According to the log, a store employee witnessed Nichols taking an item out of its package and placing it in his jacket pocket. Nichols then attempted to hide the empty packaging behind a cereal box. The item police said Nichols attempted to steal was a bottle of Delsym cough syrup costing $18.58.
Police responded to a 2:16 p.m. suspicious activity call in the area of 152 Washington St. and subsequently arrested John Frongillo, 59, of 15 Ives St. in Beverly on charges of illegal possession of a class A substance.
Police received a suspicious activity call at 12:57 a.m. and subsequently arrested Walhtin Puerto-Moreira, 30, of 56 Dow St., in the Front Street area on charges of using a $100 counterfeit bill and having possession of a counterfeit bill.
Police received a call at 2:42 a.m. from a man near Village Street and West Shore Drive saying he was lost and looking for Highland Terrace.
Police responded to a 1:11 a.m. call to 4 Ingraham Terrace regarding a “dog barking in area.”
Police received a call at 11:12 a.m. from 75 Puritan Road, where National Grid was “requesting the fire department for a forced entry into a vacant house for a gas leak investigation.”
A business owner from 213 Essex St. called police at 3:08 p.m. requesting a syringe be removed from his property.
A caller from 176 Burrill St. called police at 6:00 p.m. reporting a package was taken from his or her porch.
Police received a call from 1004 Paradise Road at 6:36 p.m. saying a “person who has a restraining against her is outside her residence now taking pictures.”
