Waring School commencement

When: Friday, May 24, at the school in Beverly

Number of graduates: 26

Graduation speakers: In addition to members of the faculty, each graduate gave a speech or performed music.

Class trip: The class of 2013 traveled to Angers, France, during their freshman year, where they lived with French families and attended school for four weeks. At the end of their junior year, the class traveled to Paris, Najac, and Provence, France, for three weeks.

About the school: Private, co-educational day school, grades 6-12

Founded: 1972 by Philip and Josée Waring

Curriculum: Interdisciplinary humanities, four years math and science requirement, music and arts, French immersion, cultural exchange programs, Endterm experiential projects and service opportunities.
