A resident of Joy Road called police to report that an $1,800 ring was missing.
A resident of Elmwood Circle contacted police at 8:56 p.m. to report that something just “shot through” his back sliding door and broke the glass. Police spoke to teenagers in a nearby residence who admitted shooting an air gun. The families will work out damages, police said.
A Forest Street resident said she was bit at 9:31 p.m. in her yard by an injured muskrat. A female dog was also injured, the woman said.

Scott Webber, 30, of 170 Newbury St., No. 11, Peabody, was arrested at 10:03 a.m. on a charge of possession of an illegal drug with intent to distribute.
Police removed a homeless encampment at 4:27 p.m. behind the Ayers-Ryal Side Elementary School on Woodland Avenue.
A man who was unresponsive due to a possible heroin overdose was transported at 5:39 p.m. to the hospital from a building on River Street.
Police went to a home on Rantoul Street at 10:19 p.m. on a noise complaint. A man and woman said they were watching the Bruins game.
A Sohier Road resident called police at 3:58 a.m. to complain about an upstairs resident walking around in the apartment and making noise. Police told the caller that walking around at night was not a crime and to contact the landlord.
A motor vehicle was towed off the railroad tracks at 12:45 p.m. at Cabot and Colon streets.
