After reading police reports and reviewing other materials, including letters of support for O’Leary, Machera granted the prosecution’s request to detain O’Leary. The order is good for 90 days.
O’Leary has pleaded not guilty to charges that include kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of domestic assault and battery, and witness intimidation.
A probable cause hearing is scheduled for April 15.
