David Raymond, 21, of 57 Pine Grove Ave., Lynn, was cited for failure to yield after an accident at Washington and Canal streets at 12:15 p.m.
A man reported to police that someone entered his wife’s vehicle and stole a handicap placard.
A man reported that four motorcycles/scooters were stolen overnight from his rented garage on Salem Street. One motorcycle was left behind in the alleyway next door, apparently because it was too heavy for the thieves, police said.
Dennis Romero, 25, of 1313 Broughton Drive, Beverly, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. at the corner of River and Pleasant streets and charged with speeding and driving with a revoked licensed.
Police responded to a call at 9:32 a.m. of a woman “throwing clothes and running around” a motor vehicle at 69 Shortell Ave.
A caller told police about an abandoned walker on Dennison Avenue. The caller did not know who owned the walker, so police took it to the police station for safekeeping.
Jeffrey Brody, 63, of 96 Gainsborough St., Boston, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. on Humphrey Street and charged with speeding, a marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
A man walked into the police station and told officers he “has had enough of his girlfriend” and told her to leave their residence. He said he would call police if she returned.
Isac Dovale, 27, of 66 Aborn St., Apt. 3, Peabody, was arrested at 9:07 p.m. on Main Street and charged with driving with a suspended license.
Toni Gagner, 37, of 19 Beckford St., Beverly, was arrested at Kohl’s and charged with shoplifting over $250.
