An employee of the North Shore Bank at 248 Andover St. reported at 2:20 p.m. that a Hispanic man wearing a sideways baseball cap had punched and kicked a woman in the parking lot and then left eastbound on Route 114. Police were unable to locate him.
A 3:28 p.m. report of shoplifting at JC Penney at Northshore Mall resulted in the arrests of Starmeka M. Kelly, 29, of 28 Holten St., Danvers, on a charge of shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise, and Constantino Sicard, 66, of 72 Ridgewood St., Apt. 3, Dorchester, on charges of receiving stolen property under $250 and obstruction of justice. Kelly was also wanted on a warrant, according to the log.
Police conducted a traffic stop on Bow Street at 6:08 p.m. and subsequently arrested Samuel Reinoso, 38, of 67 Birch St., Apt. 2, Lynn, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
State police reported at 8:41 p.m. that they had received a 911 call from somebody at 12 Northend St. “reporting that someone was trying to get into house and kill them.” An officer wrote later: “Officer was able to locate people who made call and believed it was a group of kids playing a prank.”
A 10:50 p.m. report that a male had been standing outside a Martinack Avenue woman’s house for more than 10 minutes resulted in the arrest of Adam G. Parsons, 35, of 37 Witawaumut Road, Weymouth, on charges of possession of a class C drug and possession of a class E drug. He was also wanted on a warrant, according to the log.
Police responded to an 11:03 p.m. report that a female was lying on the sidewalk near 21 Knowlton St. “Party stated that she was fine and was waiting for a friend to pick her up,” an officer wrote later.
An officer was unable to locate a man who was reported to be carrying somebody over his shoulder at Cabot and Bennett streets at 1:33 a.m.
