A Pope Street woman reported at 8:22 p.m. that she had received a blocked call from an older woman who said “that if she didn’t leave this guy alone she dreamed of her burning in her car.” The woman said she was “concerned the older woman is a woman known to perform voodoo.” She was advised to call police if she got another call.
Police conducted a traffic stop at Margin and Norman streets at 9:57 a.m. and subsequently arrested Edward G. Pascucci, 46, of 40 Island Road, Lynnfield, on charges of operating an uninsured vehicle, failure to signal, operating an unregistered vehicle and operating with a suspended license, subsequent offense.
At 9:59 a.m., an officer at 12 Pope St. arrested Geraldo Garcia, 31, of the same address, on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent offense. He was also wanted on seven warrants out of Lynn, Saugus, Danvers, Salem and Peabody, according to the log.
Police executed a search warrant at 13 Rainbow Terrace at 2:15 p.m. and subsequently arrested Roger J. Tirado, 23, of the same address, on charges of illegal possession of a class A substance, possession of a class A substance with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute in a school zone.
Police received a 9:17 a.m. report of an abuse prevention order violation. Subsequently arrested was Roy Robert, 47, of 103 Newbury St., Danvers, on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order.
A bicyclist was injured during an accident with a vehicle at Asbury Street near Woodland Mead about 6:45 a.m., an officer said. The man was transported to Beverly Hospital, and the incident is under investigation.
