Salem winter market debuts this week

SALEM — The winter farmers market returns tomorrow to Old Town Hall.

For six weeks — excluding Thanksgiving week — produce from local farms, baked goods, jewelry, meat, soup and other items grown or produced in New England will be on sale from 3 to 6 p.m.

The market, which runs through Dec. 19, is sponsored by Salem Main Streets and the city. Old Town Hall is adjacent to the site where the summer farmers market is held.

Vendors include Clark Farm, Grant Family Farm, Long Hill Orchard and Farm, Wally’s Vegetables, Big Sky Bakery, Wolf Meadow Farm, Fishwives Specialty Foods/Mandy’s Seafood Chowder, Salem Spice, Salem Soapworks and Shine Jewelry/Heritage Industries.
