Police responded to a report of a woman screaming for help on Shore Drive, but it turned out to be someone who fell off a swing, as logged at 9:25 p.m.


Daniel Karakoudas, 27, 29 Paleologos St., Peabody, was arrested, as logged 1:11 a.m., at his address on a charge of assault and battery. Police initially responded to a caller reporting “his son is trying to fight him and may have stolen medication.”

A broken pipe on Magnolia Way at 10:40 a.m. drew a response but turned out to be a refrigeration line, not gas.

A Wascasset, Maine, man will be summonsed on charges of driving with a suspended license and failing to stop for police after he was pulled over at Northshore Mall.

Eggs tossed at a house were the complaint from Olsen Road at 11:22 p.m.

Neil Nagle, 59, 82 Lynnfield St., Peabody, was arrested, as logged at 11:48 p.m., in the vicinity of the Lynnfield Street CVS on charges of assault and battery on a public employee, an EMT, and disorderly conduct.


Police assisted with the Little League parade at Center School, as logged at 9:06 a.m.

After mixing up her medicines, a woman at Brooksby Village was transported to Lahey Clinic by Atlantic Ambulance.

Found slumped over the wheel of her vehicle on Route 1, a 27-year-old Peabody woman will be summonsed for driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a class E drug and two counts of possession of a class C drug. Her license was also expired, according to the log at 11:41 a.m.

Described as floppy-eared, a bunny found on Coolidge Avenue was taken to the vet. “It was friendly,” according to the log at 12:29 p.m.


Peter Zagorski, 51, 359 Asbury St., Hamilton, was arrested, as logged at 4:24 p.m., by officer Stephen Walsh on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
