Daniel Chagas, 35, of 245 Main St., Everett, was arrested at 7:07 a.m. on Route 114 on charges of driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured motor vehicle with a trailer and driving with a suspended or revoked registration.
The Fire Department extinguished an oven fire on Lincoln Street at 6:57 p.m.
Police had a vehicle towed at 10:35 p.m. on Rantoul Street that was left running, unlocked, with its wipers on, 5 feet from the curb. A witness told police the operator had gone into Spotlight Tavern.
Police went to a residence on Emerson Circle at 1:30 p.m. on a report of an ongoing domestic dispute.
An ambulance was called to Sohier Road at 2:53 p.m. on a report of a motor vehicle striking a pedestrian.
Police went to a senior housing building in the downtown on a report of the smell of marijuana. Upon arrival, police could smell air freshener outside an apartment. A tenant denied he had been smoking marijuana but admitted he does smoke it sometimes.
Kevin Boulais, 61, of 214 Derby St., was arrested at 8:27 p.m. at his residence on charges of domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a dryer), domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a door), two counts of assault and battery, intimidation of a witness and threatening to commit a crime (murder and kidnapping).
Police went to a storage unit on Goodhue Street at 8:57 p.m. on a report of a man smoking marijuana. A police officer with a drug dog checked the unit. After a brief search, the man was issued a civil citation and fined $100 for possession of marijuana under 1 ounce. The drug was confiscated.
A man reported a window smashed in the common hall of his condo building in Derby Square at 6:45 a.m. The man said he heard broken glass sometime during the night and heard people running from the area.
