Kelly Fitz, 43, of 22 Lafayette Road, Ipswich, was arrested, according to police at 9:20 p.m., on Main Street by Officer Michael Balsley on charges of drunken driving, a potential second offense; having a revoked license; having an open container; and child endangerment.

Brian Strout, 19, of Essex Street, Marblehead, was arrested, according to police at 10:45 p.m., on Boston Street by Officer Michael Balsely on charges of driving with a suspended license and an unregistered vehicle.
