Casey Miller, 20, of 42 Rowe St., Fremont, N.H., was arrested at 1:03 a.m. on Wallis Ann Road at Sutton Street on charges of drunken driving, a second time; leaving the scene of damage; and marked lanes violations. Police had responded to a report of a vehicle crashing into a pole.

In the Olympic spirit, a man on Blackstone Street fled at the sight of police, going “through various yards in the neighborhood,” according to the log, and getting away. Police had been called at 2:50 a.m. regarding a fight. They never found a fight, only the man in khaki shorts and a green shirt doing the backyard dash.

Jacob Allon Freedman, 18, of 19 Lone Pine Lane, Peabody, was arrested at 3:48 a.m. on Hamilton Road on a charge of drunken driving.

A police report at 5:19 a.m. of “loud music and parties dancing naked in the driveway” on Mansfield Street turned out to be less than advertised. Police sent the people back inside the house, noting, “they were not entirely naked. They had on underwear.”

A Lowell Street resident told police at 5:33 a.m. that someone had slashed all four tires on his Dodge Caravan.

Silvia Vanegas, 53, of 41 Laighton St., Lynn, will be summonsed on charges of driving without a license and failing to stop as a result of a two-vehicle accident on Lowell Street at King Street at 7:24 a.m. Vanegas was taken to Salem Hospital, as was Emily Topacio of Salem.

More than one person reported hearing a gunshot off in the woods near Veterans Memorial Drive at 8:48 p.m.

Sunday

A 20-year-old Peabody man will be summonsed on a charge of conning someone out of more than $250, following a call to Farnham Avenue at 3:16 a.m.
