A quote was incorrectly attributed in the article “Emotions high at gun forum” on Monday’s Page One. It was Ann Krantz, representing Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, who said, “As a mom, I have to be thinking of gun violence every time I send my child to first grade. I don’t think that that’s an acceptable way to live, that any of us should live with that fear.”

A police log item in Monday’s edition regarding a past burglary and theft of shotguns gave an incorrect location. Although the address where the burglary took place, 163 Boston St., is the same building where Bob’s Gun Shop is located, the owner says the guns were actually stolen from a personal residence in the same building. The gun shop owner also owns the building.
