Police responded to a 2:53 p.m. report of a person passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at 19 Howley St. and will summons a Danvers man on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs. He was transported to Salem Hospital.
A vehicle struck a deer at Lowell Street and Apple Hill Road, according to an 8:43 p.m. report. The deer ran off into the woods afterward.
Police received a 10:51 p.m. report of an intoxicated man on the ground at 13 Keys Drive, but police were unable to locate him.
Wednesday
A Lynnfield Street woman reported at 9:28 a.m. that somebody had followed her to her house and threatened her. An officer was unable to locate the person.
Police received a 10:27 a.m. report that there was a problem between first-floor residents at 16 Bowditch St., but an officer determined that there was no one home there.
Police received a 1:40 p.m. report that a woman in a pink sweatshirt with a stroller had stolen a pair of sunglasses at the Northshore Mall. Corinne Grover, 54, of 498 Essex St., Apt. 86, Lynn, was arrested on a charge of larceny over $250.

Police notified the DPW after a 4:14 p.m. report of a large rock in the roadway at Cloverdale and Glenn avenues.
A woman reported at 4:58 p.m. that the wheel cover for her spare tire was stolen while she was parked on Peabody Street.
Police at 311 Derby St. at 6:27 p.m. arrested William Lewis III, 37, of 13 Central St., Beverly, on a charge of possession of a Class E substance.
A Belleview Avenue woman reported at 7:21 p.m. that she had received a call from a woman claiming to be with the FBI who wanted to “put something in her yard.” The woman tracked the number to Conway, N.C., where local police said there was no FBI in their city.
Police received a 7:53 p.m. report that a man had returned home from Walmart to discover that the box for the LCD television he thought he had bought was actually empty.
Wednesday
An officer responded to a 9:49 a.m. report that a man was taking pictures of the demolition of St. Joseph Church and determined that he was working for Salem Access TV.
The MBTA contacted police at 1:42 p.m. to report kids on the tracks at 242 Bridge St.
An officer at the North Shore Medical Center at 1:46 p.m. arrested James Zouras, 50, of 56 Margin St., Salem, on an outstanding warrant out of Salem for a charge of failing to register as a sex offender.
Police responded to a 2:18 p.m. report of a domestic dispute on Abbott Street and arrested Jodi Martino, 47, of 16 Abbott St., Salem, on charges of two counts of domestic assault and battery.

Tuesday
A 12:45 p.m. report of a disturbance at 32 Elliott St. resulted in the arrest of Phillip Fitzgerald, 39, of 39 Squam Hill Road, Rockport, on a charge of assault by means of a dangerous weapon.
At 4:35 p.m., an officer at 11 Lyman St. arrested Charles Passanisi, 46, of the same address, on charges of possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class E drug. He was also the subject of four Salem warrants.
Wednesday
Police received a 10:12 a.m. report that four tires and rims had been stolen from a vehicle at 21 New Balch St.
Danvers
Tuesday
A 6:26 p.m. report of a shoplifter at Walmart resulted in the arrest of Lisa Smith, 42, of 332 Rantoul St., Beverly, on a charge of shoplifting.
Police responded to a 9:19 p.m. report of vehicles “peeling out” at McDonald’s at 77 High St. but were unable to locate them.
Wednesday
After a 12:36 a.m. report of an erratic operator, an officer on Maple Street arrested Alex Galbin, 22, of 30 Rand Circle, Danvers, on a charge of drunken driving.
Police took a 4:35 p.m. report that a woman had jumped out of a vehicle at Maple Street and Route 1. There were no reported injuries.

An officer moved a Christmas tree out of the roadway at Humphrey Street and Ralph Road at 9:19 a.m.
A man reported at 10:48 a.m. that his car had been struck overnight while it was parked on Pleasant Street.
Police received a 1:02 p.m. report that a Broughton Road woman had returned from the hospital to find someone had kicked in her front door. “On a quick look, she doesn’t believe anything is missing,” police wrote.
A man complained to police at 2:14 p.m. that a Ford Escort keeps parking in the driveway of a Prospect Street address, despite his putting signs on its windshield. The man said he spoke to a neighbor who said, “Sometimes the man who drives the vehicle comes home so intoxicated that he sleeps in the car.”
