A caller reported at 4:07 p.m. that a “drugged-up” man approached him on Pleasant Street and said he was going to kill himself and asked the caller if he “wanted to watch.”

A Jackson Road woman reported at 8 p.m. that a landscaping company had billed her for a service she didn’t request, and that when she refused to pay for it, “the landscaper told her to pay or he would return to the site and dump debris all over her lawn.”



Police received a 9:45 p.m. report from an Odell Avenue woman who said her daughter had found the front door open and a window unlocked earlier in the day. “No proof anyone had entered the home,” police wrote.

A 10:14 p.m. report of water leaking from a ceiling brought police to 202 Rantoul St., where they determined that a resident upstairs was asleep while the sink overflowed onto the floor.



A Laurel Street caller reported that her aunt was “threatening to make false allegations regarding her” at 2:05 p.m.

A woman reported at 3:05 p.m. that a vehicle had failed to stop for children in the area of Walsh Avenue. “She went after the vehicle to try to get the license plate,” police wrote. “As a result, she was involved in a motor vehicle accident. She left the area without exchanging information with the vehicle that she hit.” An officer reported later that the two people had exchanged paperwork.

A Glen Drive woman reported at 4:48 p.m. that a recording of a fight her son had been involved in on Saturday was being passed around school.

Police received a 5:14 p.m. report that a Winnegance Avenue woman’s grandmother had a gold, ruby and diamond ring stolen from her home.

An employee of Ulta at the Northshore Mall reported a possible shoplifter at 5:18 p.m., leading to the arrest of Morayma Santiago, 32, of 568 Market St., Lowell, on charges of larceny over $250 and two counts of possession of a Class B drug.
