The program starts at 6:30 p.m. in the recital hall on Salem State’s central campus.

Other panelists include state Sen. Thomas McGee of Lynn, chairman of the Senate Transportation Committee, and Andrew Bagley of the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation.

The forum, which is free and open to the public, is sponsored by the North Shore Alliance for Economic Development.
