Police received an 11:19 p.m. report that a Circle Street woman had heard someone knocking at her door. “She was unable to get a description as she didn’t go to the door,” wrote police. “She just wanted it logged in the event someone else should call. She will call back if it happens again.”
A woman on Green Street reported at 12:17 a.m. that her ex-boyfriend was “harassing her by driving around her car.”
A Wilton Street man complained at 4:20 p.m. that kids were playing baseball in a nearby park and hitting balls onto his property.
Police received four reports of an injured seagull near Randall and Jordan roads about 5 p.m. “Environmental Police notified,” wrote police. “Animal moved to side of road, will be in a cardboard box.”
An envelope containing an undisclosed amount of cash had been found at Shaw’s at the Northshore Mall, according to an 8:37 p.m. report. “Officer reports that the store is securing the envelope in their safe,” wrote police. “Manager will be contacted to review the security tape to see if the customer who lost the envelope can be identified.”
Police received an 8:51 p.m. report that a shoplifter had left Sears at the Northshore Mall and had gone onto Route 114 eastbound, but an officer reported later that the store was “not sure what was taken at this time.”
An officer conducted a traffic stop on Newbury Street about 9:30 p.m. and subsequently arrested William K. Conda, 33, of 19 Bridge St., Apt. 3, Kittery, Maine, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He was also wanted on two warrants, according to the log.
An officer checked on somebody inside a vehicle at the Cabaret Lounge about 2:45 a.m. Police wrote later: “Officer reports party is taking a nap before work. All in order.”
