Police received a report about 6:45 p.m. that somebody had been flashed by a man in a boat named “My Wife” near Pickering Wharf.

Police received a 6:48 p.m. report that three males were arguing at the Planet Fitness on Archmeadow Drive, but an officer was unable to locate them.

An officer conducted a traffic stop on Water Street at 10:13 p.m. and subsequently arrested Bradley Lancaster, 31, of 5 Herrick Court, Gloucester, on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation.

Thursday

Police received a 4:44 p.m. report that a window had been broken during an attempted break-in at 85 Constitution Lane.
