Woman gets probation for trespassing


That counseling, along with random tests for alcohol, are among the conditions of her probation, along with a requirement that she stay in school and stay away from the victim. She may also be required to pay restitution for pans that were damaged during the incident.

“You’re very young, too young to be in a situation like that,” said Machera, who urged her to use the situation as an opportunity to get help.
