An Essex Street woman reported at 6 p.m. that a man had stolen her mountain bike from the rear of her residence. She said she saw him riding away and gave chase but was unable to catch up.
Police responded to an 8:36 p.m. report of shoplifting at T.J. Maxx and arrested Eduard Castillo-Concepcion, 22, of 165 Washington St., Lynn, and Yinette Castillo-Concepcion, 24, of 165 Washington St., Lynn, each on a charge of larceny over $250.
A 10:13 p.m. report of a loud party brought officers to 10 Chase St., where they determined a man, who was by himself, “had the music turned up while he was getting ready to go out.” Police advised him to lower the volume and that further calls to the house would result in his arrest.
An intoxicated man was taken into protective custody after officers responded to a 12:31 a.m. report of a man asleep at a table at the Rockafellas bar. “He had to be shook several times to wake him up,” police wrote. “When he did, he was confused and disoriented.”
Police received a 1:16 a.m. report of a large fight at 13 Roslyn St. but found only a large house party. Officers shut it down. Police also shut down another party at 149 Federal St. around 1:30 a.m. and a third at 5 Hazel St. a few minutes later.
Police responded to a 2:01 a.m. report of a fight in the street at 145 North St. but were unable to locate it.
Officers responded to a 2:03 a.m. report that a motor vehicle struck a pole at Boston and Essex streets and arrested Nicole Carbone, 24, of 4 Herrick Lane, Lynnfield, on charges of drunken driving, operating a motor vehicle negligently to endanger and an open container violation.
Police on Harrison Road at 3:40 a.m. arrested Shane Raby, 24, of 50 Samoset Road, Peabody, on charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle negligently to endanger.
