IPSWICH — Get your little ghosts, monsters and superheroes ready: The Police Department’s Halloween parade is Thursday.

The parade will begin at the Riverwalk downtown, near EBSCO Publishing, at 5:30 p.m. The procession will wind down Elm Street and County Road and end at Town Hall on Green Street for cider and doughnuts.
