Police responded to a report of employees fighting at the McDonald’s on High Street at 8:03 p.m.


Andrea Ditty, 31, of 38 West Main St., Merrimac, was arrested and charged with shoplifting over $100 at Kohl’s on Independence Way at 1:37 p.m.



At 5:49 p.m., Christopher Jones Jr., 19, of 26 Shillaber St., Salem, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on Frederick Street.

Police responded to a three-car crash with one person injured in the area of 84 Highland Ave. at 8 p.m. One car rear-ended another, the force of which pushed the first car into the car in front of it. One driver was taken to the hospital; the driver of the car that did the initial rear-end collision was cited for following too closely.

At 11:14 p.m., police responded to North Shore Medical Center on Highland Avenue for a report of an out-of-control female. Alexa Grace Dicarlo, 20, of 41 Swales Farm Road, Plymouth, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery.


Police responded to a domestic disturbance at 125 Washington St. at 1:01 a.m. Sisters Amanda Lynn Haselton, 23, of 79 Orchard St., Salem, and Kaitlyn Haselton, 19, of 117 Lindsey St., Attleboro, were both arrested and charged with assault and battery and affray (public fighting). Kaitlyn was also charged with possession of a fake ID card.

At 1:20 a.m. police responded to a loud house party at 5 Palmer St. Officers dispersed a large gathering and arrested Jake William Bailly, 20 and Alexander Millon, 20, both of 5 Palmer St., charging them with disturbing the peace and underage possession of alcohol.

Police responded to a large gathering at 53 Lawrence St. at 1:35 a.m. Officers issued citations to two residents for hosting a loud party, and told them they’d be arrested for disturbing the peace if police needed to return to the gathering.
