A log was thrown through the back window of a vehicle at 9 Harwood St., according to a 7:30 a.m. report.

Police received a 2:12 p.m. report that a man on Cabot Street was “asking everyone for money.”

Peabody

Tuesday

A report of a child on a bicycle without a helmet brought police to 3 Nancy Ave., but they were unable to locate anything suspicious in the area.

A 4:41 p.m. report of shoplifting at Sears at the Northshore Mall resulted in the arrest of Marie Needs, 56, of 172 Maple St., Danvers, on a charge of larceny over $250.

A youth was transported to North Shore Children’s Hospital with a back injury after police responded to the McVann-O’Keefe Skating Rink at 511 Lowell St. at 6:04 p.m.

A Kingdom Terrace man reported at 8:04 p.m. that his neighbor had thrown a stick and yelled at his child. Police determined that it was a “misunderstanding” and that nothing was thrown deliberately.

Wednesday

Police responded to a 5:47 a.m. report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 4 Bourbon St. “Party down on his luck sleeping in his vehicle. All is in order,” police wrote later.

At 11:58 a.m., an officer at Peabody District Court arrested Anatolio Cunha, 44, of 61 Glendale Ave., Peabody, on a warrant with charges of open and gross lewdness, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, and contributing to the delinquency of a child.

Two dogs attacked a man’s dog on Stetson Avenue, according to an 8:27 a.m. report.

A Salem Street resident reported that an “unknown bicycle” had been located near a garage at 11:32 a.m.

A 6:51 p.m. report of a domestic dispute at 15 Heritage Drive resulted in the arrest of William Brunco, 20, of the same address, on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
