Friday

Guy Ferranti, 53, 11 Gemma Drive, Peabody, will be summoned to court for operating a motor vehicle without a license following an accident on Gemma Drive at 5:31 p.m.

A motor vehicle accident on Lynn Street at 6:43 p.m. led to Broderick Lincoln, 21, of 24 Kernwood Terrace, Lynn, being ordered to appear in court for driving to endanger.

Sgt. Thomas O'Keefe and Patrolman James Harkins had their hands full after stopping a vehicle on Lowell Street at 9:21 p.m. Alycia Manganaro, 22, 16 Clinton Road, Peabody, will be summoned on a charge of providing liquor to an underage drinker. Jonathan Manganaro, 19, same address, will have to appear in court on a charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol. Brian Fleming, 19, of 23 Jennings Circle, Peabody, will also have to appear in court charge with being a minor in possession of alcohol. O'Keefe stopped three separate vehicles in the incident.

Saturday

Scott Citroni, 37, of 7 Alden S., Danvers, will receive a summons for driving with revoked insurance and revoked registration after a traffic stop on Margin Street at 7:09 a.m.

Frank Dambra, 50, 13 Connolly Terrace, Peabody, will be summoned to court on a charge of malicious destruction of property after he allegedly cut a woman's garden hose in a neighborhood dispute at 11:49 a.m.

Following a report of a dispute in the Holiday Inn parking lot on Newbury Street at 4:02 p.m., John Sheehan, 27, 46 Endicott Ave., Revere, will have to go to court on a domestic assault charge.

Angel Santiago, 34, of 23 Tracey St., Peabody, was arrested at Sears on Andover Street at 5:02 p.m., charged with larceny over $250, disorderly conduct and several outstanding warrants.

A domestic disturbance on Lynn Street at 5:51 p.m., led police to arrest Shawn Lachowicz, 38, 215 Lynn St., Peabody, on charges of assault and battery and witness intimidation.

Hector Sanchez, 41, 422 Broadway St., Apt. 22, Lawrence, will be summoned to court for driving after his license was revoked, following a motor vehicle stop on Allen's Lane at 6:01 p.m..

Another vehicle stop at 7:29 p.m. on Walnut Street led to Jordan C. Shairs, 26, 390 Rantoul St., Beverly, being charged with driving with a suspended license and several outstanding warrants.

Kelly Iocco, 31, 99 Laighton St., Apt. 5, Lynn, will be summoned to court for driving with a revoked registration after a traffic stop on Lowell Street at 9:46 p.m.

Frederico DeCastro, 23, 80 Fairview Ave., Peabody, will have to appear in court on a charge of driving without a license after a traffic stop on Fairview Avenue at 10:28 p.m.

Another vehicle stop on Central Street at 10:33 p.m. led to Daniel Cardoza, no age given, 4 England St., Peabody, being charged with driving without a license and attaching plates and being uninsured. Eduardo Stofel, also no age given, 392A Great Road, Acton, was charged with allowing unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the same incident.

Sunday

Spartak Sageri, 35, 56 Northend St., Peabody, was arrested after a traffic stop on Upton Street at 12:40 a.m. and charged with drunken driving, fourth offense, and driving with a revoked license and an expired registration.

Kristen Cole, 35, 351 Den Quarry Road, Lynn, was also arrested for drunken driving on Walnut Street at 1:05 a.m. She was also charged a marked-lanes violation and unsafe operation.

A report of a fight in an apartment on Washington Street at 1:20 p.m. led to Michael Tobin, 36, 2 Washington St., Peabody, arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Cristino Antonio Canela, 36,, 19 Spring St., No. 1, Peabody, was arrested and charged with drunken driving after Atlantic Ambulance notified police he was passed out in a car at 2:10 a.m.

A report of a fight at 2:21 a.m. on Quail Road left Francisco J. Vargas, 22, charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

Jonathan Ramos, 21, 47 Washington St., No. 2, Peabody, was arrested for disorderly conduct after a motor vehicle accident on Main Street at 5:53 a.m.

Ivair Junior Oliveira, 24, 98 Broadway, No. 1, Salem, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with no inspection sticker or license, after a traffic stop on Lowell St. at 2:16 p.m. Josemary M. Carvalho, 29, 101 Lowell St., Peabody, was charged with allowing unlicensed of a vehicle.

Amanda Texeira, 23, 20 Middle St., Hadley, will summoned to court for shoplifting by concealing merchandise at J.C. Penney on Andover Street at 2:49 p.m.
