Todd S. Sewards, 44, of 80 Roosevelt Ave., Marblehead, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery following a report of a domestic disturbance on Pitman Road.

Police received a report at 10:22 a.m. of a Quonset hut slashed on West Shore Drive.
Saturday
Marion J. Khouri, 51, of 33 East Southpoint Road, Sandwich, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. and charged with drunken driving (second offense) and failure to yield following a motor vehicle stop on Atlantic Avenue.

Citizens Bank inside Stop & Shop on Howley Street reported to police at 5:45 p.m. an unruly customer was upset that the bank would not release money right away. The woman left before police arrived.
Saturday
A woman reported to police at 1:26 p.m. that two men tried to steal her purse outside the Willowtree Restaurant on Washington Street but she was able to get away.
Police received a report at 5:32 p.m. of a fight in the McDonald's parking lot on Main Street. There was no one in the parking lot when police arrived, but they did find activity on Holten Street. Police will summons Joseph Fiandaca, 19, of 9 1/2 Sutton St., Peabody, on a charge of assault and battery.
Mickia Fauteux, 17, of 24 Hammatt St., Apt. 1, Ipswich, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. and charged with shoplifting at Macy's.

Carl Diggs, 21, of 64 Foster St., Apt. 104, Peabody, was arrested at 1:47 a.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed following a motor vehicle stop on Perkins Street.
Police received a report at 1:05 p.m. of a car break-in on Southwick Road.
Police received a report at 1:30 p.m. from a Diane Road resident who said the hubcaps on her 2003 Toyota Corolla were stolen.

Christopher Blinn, 17, of 2132 Avalon Drive, Wilmington, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery at the Liberty Tree Mall.
Constantine Hatziioannou, 17, of 100 Elliot St., Danvers, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. and charged with drunken driving and a marked lane violation following a motor vehicle stop on Conifer Hill Drive.

Police received a report at midnight of an unwanted guest at the Village Green on Route 1.

Antonino Lafata, 26, of 20 Columbia St., Gloucester, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. and charged with shoplifting and assault and battery at Famous Footwear at the Liberty Tree Mall.

Craig C. Piper, 43, of 5 Cleveland St., Salem, was arrested at 10 p.m. and charged with threatening to commit a crime (murder) and domestic assault with a dangerous weapon following a report of a domestic disturbance at his residence.

Police received a report at 1 a.m. of a fight in the 200 block of Derby Street.
Richard J. Martineau, 38, of 8 Saunders St., Salem, was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery and unlawful storage of a firearm following a domestic dispute at his residence.
A house at 1 Collins St. is going through foreclosure, and the current property owner reported to police at 1 p.m. that the doors and several windows were unlocked.
Police received a report at 1:10 p.m. of an intoxicated man trying to drive away from a Canal Street business. Police found the man and learned he was not drunk but has a limp and a speech impediment.
Chaddy Aoude, 24, of 47 Gallows Hill Road, Salem, will be summonsed to court on a charge of reckless endangerment of a child after a child was able to get into his medication for Suboxone, which was kept in a baggie in the top dresser drawer, according to police. Aoude did have a prescription for the medication. Police notified the Department of Children and Families because the medicine was not kept in a childproof medication bottle and was in an unlocked dresser where the child was staying. A police report did not indicate the condition of the child, who was taken to the hospital. Police responded to the home at 1:20 p.m.
Daniel B. Stone Jr., 27, of 47 School St., Salem, was arrested at 3:19 p.m. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime following a report of a man in a car with a gun. The victim told police Stone pulled up alongside him on Prince Street and told him he was going to kill him while holding a gun. The victim did not know if the gun was fake or real. Police responded to Stone's home and checked his car, but no gun was found.
Police received a report at 3:26 p.m. of a hypodermic needle on Lafayette Street.
