Pair charged in burglaries, slashing

Judge Robert Brennan set bail for Collins at $500 and at $1,500 for Decotis, but revoked the latter’s bail in an earlier case for 60 days, meaning that even if Decotis comes up with bail (his family has posted bail in his prior cases), he won’t be released until March.

A status hearing is scheduled for Jan. 25.

According to police in Danvers, a 22-year-old man out of Lynn named Trevor Collins was arrested on charges of assault and battery and larceny over $250 on Tuesday evening after an 8:22 p.m. report of shoplifting at the Nordstrom Rack at 50 Independence Way. An officer said Collins was released later in the night.
