A Nissan Rogue sustained damage from BB gunshots while it was parked near a dentist’s office at Winnegance Avenue and Lynn Street, according to a 5:37 p.m. report.

A $200 snowblower was stolen from an Endicott Street address between 8:20 a.m. and 5 p.m., according to a 6:59 p.m. log item.

Friday

At 1:14 a.m., an officer at Washington Street and Clement Avenue arrested Savier Hernandez, 19, of 2 Prince St., Apt. 6, Salem, on charges of drunken driving, speeding and a marked lanes violation.

An officer retrieved syringes from the sidewalk at 272 Lynn St. at 7:36 a.m. and disposed of them.

A Fort Avenue woman reported at 6:23 p.m. that items had been stolen from her apartment, including legal papers and a prepaid cellphone valued at $168. The woman said she had filed previous reports about somebody entering her apartment and taking items without leaving any signs of forced entry. Police advised her to speak with the landlord about changing her locks.

Police responded to a 2:01 a.m. report of a domestic dispute at 205 Highland Ave. and determined a couple was arguing over “her spending time with her ex-boyfriend.”

Robert Losanno, 18, of 4 Marion Road, Peabody, was arrested at 4:19 a.m. on charges of domestic assault and battery, three counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon and operating a motor vehicle recklessly so as to endanger. The arrest came after an investigation into domestic abuse that occurred on the central campus of Salem State University, according to the log. Police declined to provide further information, except to say the arrest followed a report of a fight in front of a bus stop.

A 9:13 a.m. report that children weren’t properly restrained in a car seat brought police to the McDonald’s at 1 Trader’s Way. They were unable to locate the vehicle.
