The Fire Department extinguished a brush fire at the end of Griswold Drive at about 1 p.m.

A man reported at 1:37 p.m. that his wallet was stolen from his locker at the YMCA on Leggs Hill Road while he was showering on Jan. 25. The wallet contained his identification and $200 in cash, according to the log.

The Fire Department responded to a report of a kitchen fire at 12 First St. at about 2 p.m. A firefighter said an electrical problem with the stove led to the incident. No injuries or damage was reported.

Thursday

A 7:47 p.m. report that a woman had been forced into a vehicle brought police to the CVS Pharmacy at 311 Newbury St., but they didn’t report finding anything suspicious.

A wristlet was stolen from a motor vehicle at 68 Poplar St., according to a 9:51 p.m. report.

Friday

Police received a 12 p.m. report of fire lane violations at the Market Basket at 139 Endicott St., but an officer later called the report “unfounded.”
