Ipswich offers flu shots

IPSWICH — Did you miss last week’s flu clinic? The town still has a limited supply of flu shots available.

Vaccines are free and available to people age 19 and older. You must call ahead to reserve a vaccine: 978-356-6606.

People getting flu shots are urged to come to Town Hall, 25 Green St., with their health insurance card and wearing loose-fitting sleeves.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that anyone over 6 months of age be vaccinated. More information can be found at www.cdc.gov/flu.
