Officers responded to 1 Lafayette St. at 11:14 p.m. Sheena Marie Tassone, 27, of 56 Margin St., Salem; Barry Edmund Bullock, 54, of 56 Margin St., Salem; and Brian Keith Barbrick, 36, of 4 Eisenhower Road, Beverly, were arrested and charged with trespassing.
Wednesday
At 1:46 a.m., Mario Edwin Chavez, 30, of 17 Hollingsworth St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and an unsafe lane change during a vehicle stop on Bridge Street.
A man came into the police station at 12:35 p.m. to report a lost bag. He had put a shoulder bag up on the roof of his truck while he was loading flowers into his vehicle from a Canal Street flower shop. He forgot about the bag and drove off to his destination. Once he realized the bag was missing, he retraced his steps but could not find the bag. He was distraught, police said, and said the bag contained cash he was going to use for Christmas shopping. Roughly 20 minutes later, police got a call from a woman who said her daughter found the bag in the street. The man who lost the bag went to the woman’s home with police to retrieve the bag. “He was extremely relieved that he got the bag back with all the contents intact,” police wrote in the log.
At 1:24 p.m., police took a report of a damage to a solar panel — a rock had been thrown at it overnight — at 142 Canal St.
John Henry Smith, 43, of 40R Stone St., Beverly, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Julio Cesar Vittini, 45, of 3 Harbor St., Salem, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Police responded to the Cabot Street Cinema Theatre, 286 Cabot St., at 8:26 p.m. for a report of people on the roof. Officers went up on the roof with cinema employees and found three Montserrat College students, who were escorted off the property.
Eric Jalbert, 24, of 18 Echo Ave., Beverly, was arrested and charged with drunken driving, negligent operation (of a vehicle), failure to use care in driving, speeding and possession of 1 ounce of marijuana.

At 8:36 a.m., officers responded to Beverly High School, 100 Sohier Road, for a report of students fighting.
Peabody
Tuesday
At 5:09 p.m., Michael Burney, 37, of 1 Herrick Road, Peabody, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license on Lowell Street.
Police took a report of two tires slashed on a Toyota Corolla on Warren Street at 10:21 p.m.
Wednesday
At 11:01 a.m., a police officer extinguished a vehicle fire on Pulaski Street with his department-issued fire extinguisher.
Marblehead

At 4:53 p.m., Robert Capozzi Jr., 34, of 41 Pond St., Marblehead, was arrested and charged with using a false prescription.
