Kelsey Spilman, 18, 6 Home St., Beverly, was arrested on a charge of possessing liquor under 21, according to a 9:47 p.m. log item. An underage man was also arrested, but his name was not released because of his age.

Saturday

Samuel M. Morse, 24, 313 Essex St., Salem, was arrested on a charges of operating with a suspended license and two warrants out of Salem District Court, according to a 2:46 p.m. log item.

Diana M. Palomo, 21, of Salisbury was arrested on charges of failing to stop or yield and failure to stop for police after being pulled over on Cabot Street at 2:15 a.m.

Ronald R. Kitchen, 28, of Gloucester was arrested on charges of assault and possessing a drug with intent to distribute at 327 Rantoul St., according to a 10:59 a.m. log item.

Stephen Marcelais, 46, 34 Northend St., Peabody, was arrested on a charge of operating with suspended license, subsequent offense, after being pulled over at 8:06 p.m. on Water Street.

Eddy G. Mendez, 25, 30 Pleasant St., Apt. 2, Salem, was arrested on charges of possession to distribute Class B drug and passing violation after being pulled over on Lynn Street at 7:45 a.m.

Marie Gauthier, 59, 5 Riverbank Road, Salem, was arrested on charges of drunken driving, second offense, and leaving the scene of property damage on Margin Street at Driscoll Street, according to a 7:05 p.m. log item.

Nicholas S. Fortin, 25, 18 Krochmal Road, Peabody, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery at his home at 9:03 a.m.

Deshea K. St. Jacques, 45, 14 Cherry St., Salem, was arrested on a warrant for shoplifting by asportation and disturbing the peace at Cedar and Cherry streets at 6:12 p.m.

Police responded to the second level of the Harbor Parking Garage, 26 Congress St., on a report of slashed tires at 8:38 p.m. Both front tires and the passenger-side rear tire were slashed. The vehicle had been parked there since 10 a.m. There are no cameras on the parking levels and no suspects or witnesses, according to the log item.

Kiana R. Martin, 18, 231 Lafayette St., Salem, was arrested on charges of speeding and operating without being licensed after being pulled over on Bridge Street at 2:16 a.m.

Police responded to Home Depot, 50 Traders Way, on a report of stolen copper wire at 8:20 a.m. A man fled the store and drove off in a white U-Haul van, according to the log item. The wire from the store was worth $1,073.

Scott A. Caldwell, 30, 116 Lafayette St., Salem, was arrested on charges of assault and battery at 7:47 p.m. He was found sleeping on a porch at 89 Webb St. and was “disoriented and uncooperative,” according to the log.

Theodore Solovicos Jr., 59, 31/2 Essex St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery at 9:42 p.m. According to the report, Solovicos splashed a glass of beer in the victim’s face, pushed her, grabbed her shoulders and attempted to wrestle her to the ground.

Mark F. Bastien, 26, 58 Ocean St., Salem, was arrested on charges of operating with revoked license and speeding (61 mph in a 40 mph zone) after being pulled over on Bridge Street at 1:32 a.m.

Timothy T. Gay, 48, homeless, was arrested at 1:29 p.m. on a charge of larceny from a person after reportedly stealing a purse from someone at the Essex Street Mall.

A Ross Road resident reported to police at 10 p.m. that a group of “youths” were continually ringing their doorbell and running off. Police reported “not a soul” in sight.
