Tuesday

A Dartmouth Road man reported at 12:04 p.m. that his ex-wife had been accessing his iTunes account without his permission. “He was unsure if she made any purchases with the account,” wrote police.

Police received a 1:19 p.m. report that there was debris from an earlier accident on the roadway at Leggs Hill Road and Tedesco Street. Police wrote later: “No visible debris in the road, just sand and a large stick.”

A 4:30 p.m. report of suspicious activity on Bayview Road resulted in the arrest of Spencer Andrews, 24, of 64 Bayview Road, Apt. 2, Marblehead, on charges of distribution of a class D drug and possession of marijuana (one ounce or less).

Police were unable to locate a man who was reported to be passed out in a red Honda Element on Pleasant Street at 4:53 p.m.

A 16-year-old on Abbot View Lane reported at 10:03 p.m. that his parents were fighting. Police wrote: “He stated that it was physical and now they are breaking things.” Police subsequently determined that the man involved would be leaving for the night.

A 10:25 p.m. report of “noisy kids” in a silver Mercedes brought police to Everett Paine Boulevard, but they were unable to locate anything suspicious in the area.

Wednesday

Police notified the DPW that a tree had fallen down and was blocking Beach Street, according to a 5:21 a.m. report.

An anonymous caller reported at 6:45 a.m. that someone was using a chain saw in front of an abandoned house on Mystic Road, and “it woke up the whole neighborhood.” Police determined the town’s light department was doing work.

The DPW was informed that a large rock was in the roadway on Watson Street, according to a 7:44 a.m. log item.

Tuesday

A Mulberry Drive woman reported at 8:59 p.m. that her grandson was causing a disturbance and “she is locked inside her car right now and he is inside the residence.” The grandson left the area thereafter, according to the log.
