Frank R. Lamonde, 24, of Lynn was arrested at 38 Dearborn Ave. on charges of disorderly conduct and break-in for misdemeanor at 6:16 p.m.

Sunday

Dontei R. Young, 32, of Gloucester was arrested on charges of domestic assault and assault and battery at 12 Bennett St., according to a 5:04 a.m. report.

A golf cart was reported stolen from the Beverly Golf and Tennis Club, 134 McKay St., at 9:29 a.m.

Alan J. Steinberg, 50, 45 Balch St., Beverly, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery on a disabled person over 60 at 154 Bridge St., according to a 10:17 a.m. report.

Jeffrey A. Baker, 24, 5 Lowell St., Beverly, was arrested on charges of drunken driving second offense and reckless operation of a motor vehicle after a reported four-car accident at the intersection of Essex and Jackson streets, according to a 1:12 p.m. report.

Danvers

Saturday

Matthew Pyburn, 35, 46 North Putnam St., Danvers, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery at 1:21 a.m.

Conor Kelly, 19, 11 Laurine Road, Danvers, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 8:13 p.m.

Peabody

Friday

Huethi H. Nguyen, 37, of Chelsea was arrested on charges of shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise at Macy’s, according to a 4:33 p.m. report.

Saturday

Mellonie A. Tate, 43, 5 Mcintire Court, Apt. 5, Peabody, was arrested at 1:39 a.m. on charges of drunken driving, marked lanes violation and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Andrea Suke, 19, 30 Sabino Farm Road, Peabody, and Victoria Alberti, 18, of Gloucester were arrested on charges of shoplifting by concealing at J.C. Penney, 201J Andover St., according to 2:44 p.m. report.

Salem

Saturday

A juvenile woman was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after a “large fight” outside 38 Salem St. at 1:10 a.m. As police broke up a fight between two unknown males, a large group headed toward the street when “a juvenile began to scream and curse without purpose at the responding officers. After being advised to leave the area and remain quiet she was arrested for still shouting,” according to the log item.

Abby Bullard, 24, 73 Congress St., Salem, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery at 17 Willow Ave., according to a 4:21 p.m. report.

Luis D. Pena, 19, of Dorchester was arrested after a traffic stop on Charter Street at 7 p.m. on charges of possession of Class A drug (heroin) with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute in a school zone.
