Crowd gathers at Beverly High to watch Miller on 'Idol'

Hester said it’s been difficult for her because she hasn’t been able to spend as much time with Miller, who has been in Hollywood for most of the past few weeks. But, of course, she is thrilled with her friend’s stunning success.

“She’s really strong, and she’s really humble,” Hester said. “That’s what stands out the most.”
