A residence at 14 Highland Ave. was burglarized, according to an 11:47 p.m. report.

Saturday

A 1:42 a.m. report that a man was kicking a door at 321 Cabot St. resulted in the arrest of Theodore Nelson, 47, of the same address, on a charge of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

A 10:57 p.m. report of a man yelling at traffic brought police to 296 Cabot St., but they didn’t report finding anything suspicious in the area.

Police received a 5:07 p.m. report that a BB had been shot through a screen and window at 42 Washington St.

Sunday

A 7:14 p.m. report of domestic abuse brought police to 108 Lothrop St. Michael Musticchio, 29, of 56 Lothrop St., Beverly, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault.

Monday

Police responded to an 8:50 a.m. report that a father and son were arguing at 49 Parramatta Road and arrested Thomas Lovasco, 49, of the same address, on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

An 11:59 a.m. report of assault at 22 King Terrace resulted in the arrest of Jason Michael Anderson, 28, of the same address, on charges of two counts of domestic assault and battery and intimidation of a witness.

Police received an 8:16 a.m. report from a Sable Road woman who said her son’s unlocked vehicle had been entered and a backpack and $1 stolen from inside. “The backpack was recovered on her front lawn,” police wrote.

Loose change and a wallet were stolen from an unlocked vehicle at 182 Marlborough Road, according to a 9:35 a.m. report.

An officer responded to a 7:01 p.m. report that an animal had been struck by a vehicle at 29 Grove St. and determined that “a large woodchuck was found to have crawled off of the roadway ... in obvious suffering and distress.” The officer put the animal down with one shot from his service weapon.
