At 8:14 a.m., a Summer Street woman reported that her neighbor had been “burning things in the street” between midnight and 2 a.m. An officer advised her to call the Fire Department and police the next time the man was doing so.
Police received an 8:47 a.m. report that a Pleasant Court woman believed somebody was stalking her. “Stated that it appears her gutters have been stepped on and the gate to her yard is missing a bolt,” police wrote.
A caller reported at 5:05 p.m. that a group of five men on skateboards at the hockey rink by the charter school had made inappropriate comments to a group of young girls.
Police received a 12:30 p.m. report from a woman who said a possibly intoxicated elderly man began yelling incoherently at her while she walked her dog near 21 Foster Road.
Police issued a BOLO — “be on the lookout” — alert for a Margin Street man who was considered armed and dangerous at 7:36 p.m. Police said the man had made suicidal comments to his doctor and roommate. Officers were unable to locate him.
A window at 101 Washington St. had been shot out by a BB, according to an 11:28 p.m. report.
A caller reported at 1:34 p.m. that a man was “pacing” on the roof of Martino’s Liquors at 202 Newbury St. An officer determined that the man was a contractor.
Police and ambulance responded to a 5:54 a.m. report that somebody had sustained alcohol poisoning on River Street.
A man was passed out on a front porch on West Dane Street, according to a 1:30 p.m. report.
A man was hospitalized after a 1:59 p.m. report that he was yelling at St. Mary School at 13 Chapman St.
A Fort Avenue woman reported at 6:08 p.m. that a UPS package containing $150 worth of children’s clothing and women’s sneakers had been stolen from her front door.
Police responded to an 8:39 p.m. report of an accident at 10 Colonial Road and arrested Stewart Scott, 65, of 161 Burrill St., Swampscott, on charges of drunken driving and a marked lanes violation. There were no injuries.
A 9:12 p.m. report of a possible domestic dispute brought officers to 4 Chestnut St., where they determined that a husband and wife had been laughing at a Facebook video of someone being Tasered.
Officers observed a man traveling outbound on Webb Street “laying on his vehicle’s horn” and tailing a car “in what appeared to be the beginning of a road rage incident” at 3:23 p.m. and arrested Wade Adams, 52, of 28 Silver St., Haverhill, on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating a motor vehicle with unnecessary noise.
Police fielded a 4:15 p.m. report of a fight at the CAB facility at 111 Middleton Road.
Police conducted a traffic stop on High Street at 3:36 a.m. and arrested Aaron Wells, 18, of 32 Dane St., Peabody, on charges of drunken driving and driving under the influence of drugs, an officer said.
