Friday

The larceny of a wallet at the Aviv Center for Living on Lynnfield Street led to a report at 3:36 p.m. of fraudulent use of a credit card.

A bank account was emptied of $360, according to a woman on Goldberg Road, who told police at 4:23 p.m. that her ex-boyfriend had stolen her ATM/debit card.

Megan E. Malewicki, 23, 5 Arielle Lane, Peabody, was arrested, as logged at 8:52 p.m. on Lynn Street on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs and possessing a class C drug. A passenger is also to be summonsed on a charge of possessing a class C drug.

Brian A. Barnes, 46, 4 Rogers Road, Peabody, was arrested, as logged at 11:25 p.m., on Curwen Road, on charges of driving with a revoked license and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, his foot.

Saturday

Christopher L. Amado, 27, 27 Pulaski St., Peabody, was arrested, as logged at 3:17 p.m., on Elginwood Road by officer Michael Nary on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Two people were transported to Salem Hospital following a 5:36 p.m. report of two people “passed out at the set of lights” on Lynn Street near the Sunoco Station.

Police were called at 9:28 p.m. on a report of a stolen pocketbook at Macy’s in Northshore Mall.

Sunday

A woman was advised to “monitor social media for her image” after she got into a dispute on Central Street over leaving her dog in her car “with windows down and water in the car.” She told police a man “was taking pictures with his phone of her, and she was concerned what his intentions may have been,” as logged at 1:06 p.m. Police advised “there wasn’t too much that could be done at this time.”

A water main break on Gardner Street caused half the road to be blocked in the late afternoon.
