A “belligerent” man called the station on Allens Lane numerous times, according to an 11:22 a.m. log item. “Party misrepresents himself as a federal investigator and states he is recording the calls,” wrote an officer.
Police responded to an 11:57 p.m. report of a domestic disturbance at 19 Beckford St. and subsequently arrested Jennifer Lynch, 41, of the same address, on a charge of domestic assault and battery. She was also wanted on two warrants, according to the log.
Police dispersed a small group of people from the Dane Street Beach area at 1:42 a.m.
An officer was unable to locate a man who was reported to be staggering in the roadway at Hart Street and Preston Place at 6:11 a.m.
An officer responded to a 9:12 a.m. report that somebody at an apartment at 10 Cedar St. hadn’t been heard from in four days and found the individual in the bathtub with his clothes on. “He was disoriented but was breathing and conscious,” wrote police. The man was transported to Beverly Hospital.
Police were unable to locate a hitchhiker who was reported to be in the area of Herrick Street and Sohier Road at 1:13 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate people who were reported to be going door-to-door selling magazine subscriptions at Paradise and Walker roads at 4:14 p.m.
Police were unable to locate a parked vehicle that was reported to have its windows up and dogs inside near 125 Canal St. at 4:10 p.m.
An officer responded to a 7:10 p.m. report that a male was taking pictures up a girl’s skirt near 197 Essex St. and determined the female was a model and the male was taking pictures for her portfolio.
Police encountered a possibly disabled motor vehicle at Canal and Mill streets at 7:13 p.m. and arrested Andres Gilderubio Jr., 62, of 1 Pickering St., Salem, on a charge of operating without a license. He was also wanted on a warrant out of Lawrence, according to the log.
